I've recently found a high-fat, low-carb diet to be
great for keeping toned and keeping testosterone high.
I find I need a bit of carbs - either loading up just on the
weekend or after an intense weight training session - to
help build muscle and keep energy up. But, if I over do the
carbs I feel sluggish and feels like testosterone dips
a bit.

Swimming 7/21/2013
I started swimming for a workout when I lived in Texas just
because of the heat, haha. But an unexpected bonus is that
I found it helped my shoulders (tendinitis, two partially
separated joints), both strength wise, but also just made
them feel better.
So just a tip, to anyone who may have the same symptoms as
me.

The hard part is to develop those " good " habits
like eating your vegtables and working out at the gym each
day. I've found that I schedule the gym, like any other
meeting on my calendar. That way it is just normal course
